¡A disfrutar! SPOILER ALERT: HAY QUE SABER INGLÉS PARA CONTINUAR EN EL BLOG.
If you want a place to eat this Christmas near Madrid, this is your place!
If I had to recommend a place to eat near Madrid, it would definitely be "El Araceli", which is frequented by people of all ages, from young people celebrating university entrance to old clients who get together for Sunday's lucnh. This week I decided to check out the reasons why everyone eats there.
On Saturday, I visited this famous restaurant, located in the Northern town of San Agustín del Guadalix. As soon as I entered, I was amazed at the elegance and warmth of this ancient stone building, which could easily have been a castle thousands of years ago.
I took a seat near the fireplace, which made me feel like an old lady and I loved it, the menu offered all kinds of delicious dishes but in the end I chose pasta as first course and cod as the second one, they tasted amazing.
It was a shame that the service did not accompany the quality of the food, as the waiters were not friendly, although that did not ruin my experience.
As for the price, it is obvious that these types of restaurants are expensive but it all depends on the dishes you order and how much money you have.
In conclusion, the food tasted excellent and the service was a bit rude, but anyway I would definitely come back.
